With the recent acquisition of whopping $15 million dollar house in Hidden Hills, Lil Wayne appears to be establishing grounds on the West Coast. The modernist farmhouse, which was built in 2019, is nestled on 3.3 acres of land and features a main home with over 10,000 square feet and a detached guesthouse summing up a square footage of 12,135.
There are seven and a half baths and seven bedrooms in the residence (which includes the ones in the guesthouse). The main house has a double-height entrance lobby with a grand staircase that leads to an amazing glass-contained wine cupboard. A contemporary fireplace is also integrated in a floor-to-ceiling marble top mantle in the living room. With a French range and two huge marble-topped islands, the kitchen has been entirely renovated. The backyard is visible from a glass-lined breakfast bar, and the family room has a full wall of sliders that open onto a surrounding patio.
The five bedrooms of the main house can be found on the second story, each of which has its own en suite bathroom; the master suits are positioned above the tree lines and has a lovely fireplace on anchored living space. With a contemporary stand-alone bathtub right under twin vanities and a huge picture window, the en suite main bathroom is a true sanctuary of tranquility. A gym, a wet bar, and a home theater are among the other features. A built-in barbecue grill and a full outdoor kitchen are also included in the backyard, along with many distinct spaces set up for alfresco dining and entertainment. An infinity pool is also leveled with the flat backyard and features an inset spa near the back side. The house also has its own sports court.
The guesthouse features a kitchen, two bedrooms, and combined living-dining space, as well as its own small driveway.
Wayne’s new neighbors The Weeknd and Kylie Jenner are both at sugar-borrowing distance. The “How to Love” rapper also has an over $16 million dollar, 10,632 square foot house on Allison Island along the coat of Miami Beach, which he purchased in 2018.
